Bleeding heart

There comes a point in most people’s lifetime, when we believe we have discovered our soul mate, that one and only very special person. This moment of bliss is usually unexpected, but we quickly fall into the dream and start to think that this person is ‘ours’ and therefore belongs to us.
At least, this is exactly what happened to me! I was convinced that I had found my alter ego!
My album, “Herzblut/Bleeding heart”, explores this rhapsody of love and examines all the relevant experiences and emotions it caused. Anyone who has been deeply in love will, perhaps, be able to associate with the words of some of these songs and recollect their own personal feelings and sensations brought about through past encounters.
Men’s night

During my journey through life, I have of course met many people and embarked upon many relationships, all of which have exposed me to a wide variation of intuitive impressions and understandings regarding the human spirit. My album, “Männerabend/Men’s night”, looks at these experiences and their interpretation from my, obviously, masculine point of view.
In a world in which much has shifted to the negative, so far as men are concerned, this album is a tribute to the male way of thinking. The extent of suffering experienced by a great many men is not often observed and, as a result, their cries for help are no longer heard. I hope this album may shed a little light on these matters and give pause for thought.
Insights
(Einsichten)
Of the many things I have learned through all my life’s encounters, it is usually the “insights” that have most influenced me and remain locked in my conscience. These ‘insights’ have greatly contributed to my way of thinking and dealing both with the important and the mundane actions and responses necessary for guidance through the maze of everyday life.
Part of these thought-processes are contained in my album ‘Insights’, though by no means do I claim to have found the answer to everything! For me, however, the references that can be found in the lyrics lead to a sense of completeness and an oasis of tranquillity. It could be that, when listening to my music, you too will discover a similar harmony in your life. Very sincerely, it would make me so happy to learn that this turns out to be the case.
Insights 1+2

Traveling all over the world, Walter met a wide variety of people. This led to many friendships that remain with him to this day.
He usually communicates with them in English. Now the first albums are sung in German and the friends they love can’t understand the lyrics. Many of the texts also describe events and experiences that he experienced far from home with these new friends.
The albums “Essentials 1+2” are compilations of selected tracks from the first three albums, a dedication to all his English-speaking friends and acquaintances.
Cloud pusher

With the album Cloudpusher, Walter goes on a mental journey through all the beautiful and difficult things he encountered. The songs describe scenes, his perspective on what happened and also how he captured and reflected on what he lived through.
For him, it is the moments described that need to be seen. Enjoying the now and allowing and processing the feelings that accompany it should help you to be able to deal with what is to come more consciously.
Whatever happens, everyone understands it in their own way. Ultimately, the processing takes place within us, which shapes us and therefore our environment.
The album Cloudpusher shows possible, viable paths and experiences that life’s adversities can lead us to, but which also have to be mastered.
What a change of perspective, e.g. from negative to positive, can achieve is described as well as the need not only to dwell on the negative, but to gratefully perceive the highlights. It is intended to show how to understand and consciously perceive life as a process of constant change.
Cloudpusher is a homage to life itself.
